IS SHIPPING FREE?

We offer worldwide shipping, completely for free.

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?

1 to 3 business days. Some items are custom, however, and may take slightly longer during the holidays. Please contact us first (support@luxeaura.com.au) for more details.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Usually, shipping time takes 7~12 working days to arrive after dispatch. During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

2-3 working days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

5. CAN I GET DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE US?
